Because these are handcrafted and are made to order, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. If after 8 weeks you have not received your order, please contact us so we can determine if there is a delay in shipping or if in fact they have been shipped and are lost in the mail. We send all of our orders USPS Priority and the Postal Service requires a 30 day waiting period from the time of shipping to the date of filing a claim. Shipping to countries outside of the United States will be calculated on a case by case basis. Please email customer service the amount of knobs you wish to purchase and the destination country and we will get back to you on the actual charges for shipping.

Knobs are sold individually for the price listed for each particular design. For example, if there is a picture of more than one knob, the price listed is PER KNOB, not for the total amount of knobs in the picture. Pictures of multiple knobs are shown to display the various scenes available in that design and are not sold as sets.
